My Hometown: Marble Falls, TX. I spent many hours listening to the veterinary stores my parents shared around our dinner table and helping out frequently with our own assortment of animals.
Why did I decide to work with animals? The experiences from my childhood allowed me to see that veterinary medicine was a perfect combination of being able to serve and help others by caring for their animals. I was also drawn to the profession by the variety of care we provide between dentistry, medicine, imaging, and surgery.
If I could visit one place in the world, where would I go and why? 2 places! First, the Holy Land to be able to witness the history and origin of my faith with all of my senses, and second, Finland so I can experience the northern lights in a winter wonderland!
